Standard Check-in is at 14:00 hrs and Standard check-out is at 12:00 hrs. Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability of rooms and at an additional cost.”

Cancellation Policy

Hotel Cancellation Policies is mentioned below:

1	Cancellation before 30 days prior to arrival date	70% Refund
2	Cancellation before 15 days prior to arrival date	30% Refund
3	Cancellation 15 days prior to arrival date	No Refund
4	No Show will incur full period charge	No Refund
5	Early Departure will be charged full booking amount	No Refund

Please that the refund will be processed within 15 working days after sending an email request is sent to the concerned hotel and gmsales@bellmonthotels.com with the reservation number of the canceled book the payment for the Cancelled booking has been done through the NEFT mode of payment, please share a scanned copy of a cancelled cheque to the hotel’s email a gmsales@bellmonthotels.com
along with the reservation number of the booking.

No Show Policy

- In case of a No-show, a 100% charge for the night will be applicable
